Chrysalis Global is pleased to announce the promotion of Throy Josephs, C.M., and Richard (“Rich”) LePore, C.M., to the role of Project Manager within the firm’s Aviation division. Both leaders have played key roles supporting major airport activation and operational readiness programs across the country, demonstrating the technical expertise, client partnership, and calm, solutions-driven leadership that define Chrysalis’s approach.

Throy Josephs, C.M. — Project Manager, Chrysalis Global Aviation
Throy Josephs has served as a core member of multiple high-impact ORAT programs, bringing a disciplined, systems-focused approach to complex operational transitions. His work at San Diego International Airport’s New Terminal 1 Program (SAN), Des Moines International Airport (DSM), and John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) has positioned him as a trusted advisor to airport operators and project delivery teams navigating new facilities, renovated spaces, new workflows, and new concepts of operations.
As Chrysalis's Sr. Consultant in Charge at SAN, Josephs supported a massive passenger simulation effort, significant coordination with stakeholders, and operational planning initiatives. At DSM, he played a central role in stakeholder engagement, readiness execution, and the alignment of tenant, airline, and authority operations leading into activation milestones. Josephs is known for translating complicated technical environments into clear, actionable roadmaps that keep projects on track and teams aligned.
"Throy has consistently demonstrated adaptability, initiative, and a steady approach to complex challenges," said Andrew Young (Director of Aviation Services, Chrysalis Global). "This promotion reflects the leadership qualities he brings to our team and the growing impact he is making across the organization."
Josephs is currently supporting the CMH Next program, building the future of air travel in the Columbus region.

Richard ("Rich") LePore, C.M. — Project Manager, Chrysalis Global Aviation
Rich LePore has distinguished himself through his work on transformative aviation programs at Spokane International Airport (GEG) and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). His background in airport operations, coupled with strong analytical skills and stakeholder-focused communication, has made him an essential contributor to Chrysalis’s activation and transition efforts.
As Sr. Consultant in Charge at GEG, LePore supported the operational readiness program for one of the region’s most significant capital developments, helping prepare airport, airline, and tenant partners for the opening of new and renovated facilities and enhanced passenger flows. At AUS, he contributed to readiness planning and operational coordination across a fast-growing airport environment facing increasing traveler demand and evolving infrastructure needs.
LePore also served as a subject-matter expert for Chrysalis's work on PARAS 0061, an FAA-funded security readiness report published in November 2025.
"Rich has shown reliability, ownership, and a focused, accountable approach to every responsibility he takes on," Young said. "His promotion is a recognition of his leadership, his work ethic, and the standard of excellence he brings to Chrysalis."
LePore will continue to support GEG's Terminal Renovation and Expansion Program (GEG TREX).
As airports across the United States advance major terminal, concourse, cargo, and technology modernization projects, Chrysalis continues to expand its team of operational readiness experts to meet the industry’s evolving needs. The promotions of Josephs and LePore underscore the firm’s dedication to developing top talent and delivering high-impact outcomes for airports of all sizes.
“Throy and Rich are trusted leaders in the operational readiness and logistical planning space,” said Suzanne Phelps (Managing Partner, Chrysalis Global). “Their leadership, discipline, and ability to bring order to complexity have made them indispensable partners to our clients. Chrysalis is proud to recognize their contributions.”
Josephs and LePore will continue supporting aviation clients nationwide in the planning, coordination, and delivery of mission-critical activation efforts.
