Jacob Kohlhorst (ORAT Project Manager, Chrysalis Global Aviation) will present at the AAAE F. Russell Hoyt National Airports Conference (NAC), taking place September 27–29, 2026, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Kohlhorst will join a panel titled "Navigating Real Decisions, Tradeoffs and Paths for Young Professionals and Beyond," an interactive Young Professionals session focused on the real career decisions and tradeoffs professionals face, rather than generic career advice. Through audience participation and candid discussion, panelists will share their own experiences navigating promotions, lateral moves, leadership opportunities, burnout, work-life balance, and other career crossroads.
The session will take place from 11:00 AM to 12:10 PM on Monday, September 28, 2026.
