David Wolfe Bender will move into the Business Development Manager role, recognizing his contribution to the firm's expansion efforts.
David Wolfe Bender will step into the role of Business Development Manager, effective September 3, 2026. Since joining the firm in 2024, Bender has played an increasingly broad role across client delivery, industry research, business development, and the continued development of Chrysalis’s internal processes and technical capabilities.
In this new role, Bender will lead partnerships, the firm's expansion efforts, and internal capability development.

Bender previously served as Business Development Associate and Client Operations Analyst, supporting the firm’s growth strategy while also leading and contributing to several high-profile client and research initiatives.
Most recently, Bender led Chrysalis’s work on the Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) Skyview North Relocation, a complex, multi-phased move management effort involving approximately 450 employees with the City of Los Angeles and LAWA across more than six destination sites in the Westchester area. The relocations, part of a $78 million facilities modernization program, represented the largest administrative move in the aviation industry during the 2024 calendar year.
Bender also served as lead researcher and primary author for PARAS 0061, a research initiative conducted by Chrysalis Global Aviation for the National Safe Skies Alliance through the Program for Applied Research in Airport Security. The resulting guidance provides airports with scalable tools and methodologies for preparing security systems, procedures, and personnel for the transition into new or renovated facilities.
Beyond his client-facing and research work, Bender has become a key contributor to Chrysalis’s broader business development strategy and internal operations. He has supported the firm’s business development efforts both externally and internally, helping strengthen the processes, systems, and technology that support Chrysalis’s continued growth.
His work has included developing bespoke software to support the planning and execution of physical relocations and overseeing the firm’s proprietary resource management platform. Through these efforts, Bender has helped expand the technical infrastructure available to Chrysalis teams while identifying opportunities to improve how the firm manages information, resources, and project delivery.
His promotion to Business Development Manager formalizes a role that increasingly sits at the intersection of client relationships, business strategy, operational delivery, research, and technology.
In his new role, Bender will continue advancing Chrysalis’s business development efforts while supporting the internal systems, technical capabilities, and strategic initiatives that position the firm for continued growth.
