David Bannasch-Ruzicka will step into the role of Project Manager within the firm's Aviation division. Bannasch-Ruzicka has played a key role supporting major airport activation and operational readiness programs across the country, demonstrating the technical expertise, client partnership, and steady leadership that define Chrysalis's approach.

Bannasch-Ruzicka most recently served as Chrysalis's Sr. Consultant in charge of the Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) engagement, where he led the Operational Readiness, Activation, and Transition (ORAT) effort behind the airport's $400 million AVL Forward terminal expansion. His work there has positioned him as a trusted advisor to airport operators and project delivery teams navigating complex, high-stakes transitions.
