Chrysalis Global Aviation is supporting the program through the firm’s signature Operational Readiness, Activation, and Transition (ORAT) services, helping bridge the gap between construction completion and successful, real-world operations. Chrysalis’s work ensures alignment of people, processes, and facilities so the expanded West Gates can open with clarity, coordination, and confidence. At CHS, the ORAT scope includes development of a stakeholder-driven readiness roadmap, spanning stakeholder profiling and communications planning, airline inventories, tenant readiness, and detailed relocation planning. Chrysalis also supports operationally focused design reviews and readiness activities that identify issues early, reduce last-minute surprises, and keep teams aligned toward opening day. As the project progresses, Chrysalis helps prepare for the moments that matter most, including passenger boarding bridge fit-up and gate checks, trials and simulations, and hands-on tenant familiarizations that turn plans into performance.
