Chrysalis Global Promotes Baylee Rodriguez to Managing Director

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Chrysalis Global is pleased to announce the promotion of Baylee Rodriguez to Managing Director, effective August 6, 2026. In this expanded role, Rodriguez will oversee project delivery, business administration, and business development across the firm, building on the operational foundation she has built as Chrysalis's Business Operations Manager.

Rodriguez joined Chrysalis in 2017 and has been responsible for the internal systems, processes, and administrative infrastructure that keep the firm running smoothly. Her work strengthening those foundations, while staying closely connected to the demands of Chrysalis's project teams, made her a natural choice to take on broader leadership responsibility.

As Managing Director, Rodriguez will bring together three functions that have historically operated in parallel: the delivery of client projects, the business administration that supports the firm day to day, and the pursuit of new business development opportunities. Bringing these functions under one leader is intended to sharpen coordination between how Chrysalis earns work, staffs it, and delivers it.
