Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) — Internal ORAT Strategic Planning

Chrysalis assisted in the development of a permanent, in-house operational readiness, activation, and transition (ORAT) program at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The airport’s Airport Operational Readiness (AOR) program — created to support LAWA’s $20 billion capital improvement initiative — is now recognized as an industry-pioneering initiative. The first program of its kind, the AOR division at LAX ensured successful delivery of multiple overlapping multi-million dollar projects over a ten-to-fifteen year period. Chrysalis created the strategy for the organization and its governance, as well as developing methodology specific to LAX. Chrysalis also trained new LAWA AOR staff in the principles of operational readiness.
