Chrysalis Global Healthcare partnered with the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) to provide staff augmentation services in support of the federally funded Cities Readiness Initiative. Working closely with ISDH’s Public Health Preparedness and Emergency Response Division, as well as state and local preparedness partners, Chrysalis played a central role in ensuring Indiana was prepared to respond to the Swine Flu (H1N1) threat. The Chrysalis team coordinated a broad range of public health preparedness and planning activities, including the development and execution of response strategies designed to safeguard residents across the state. Chrysalis supported the recruitment and management of volunteers critical to mass prophylaxis operations, while also overseeing the design and delivery of public training and large-scale exercise activities to validate readiness. Through these efforts, Chrysalis contributed to strengthening Indiana’s capacity to mobilize resources quickly and effectively in the face of emerging public health threats, ensuring that agencies at every level were aligned, prepared, and capable of protecting communities statewide.
