Indiana Horse Racing Commission — Project Management

Chrysalis Sports and Entertainment provided project management services to the Indiana Horse Racing Commission in support of an economic impact study of the Standardbred Breed Development Program. The engagement focused on evaluating the program’s role in advancing Indiana’s horse racing industry and its broader economic contributions to the state. Our team designed customized data collection instruments and coordinated comprehensive data gathering across stakeholders in the racing community.
