Chrysalis Healthcare partnered with the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration’s Division of Aging to deliver comprehensive training services supporting multiple statewide programs. The engagement focused on strengthening the capabilities of caseworkers, service providers, and program leaders involved in Adult Protective Services, the State Ombudsman Program, and the Area on Aging’s Nutrition Program. The team developed tailored training materials and session schedules designed to meet the specific needs of each program. Chrysalis coordinated and managed training sessions across the state, ensuring that participants received consistent, high-quality instruction aligned with regulatory standards and program objectives. In addition, Chrysalis supported the Division’s annual caseworker conference by planning and facilitating training tracks that provided professional development, policy updates, and opportunities for collaboration. Through these efforts, Chrysalis helped enhance service delivery across critical aging and protective programs, equipping staff with the tools and knowledge needed to better serve Indiana’s vulnerable populations.
