Chrysalis Nonprofit and Government worked with the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) to design and implement a comprehensive communications plan and rollout strategy for the Teaching and Learning Portal, a critical platform supporting educators across the state. The project began with a detailed needs assessment to identify functional requirements, user expectations, and technical considerations. The Chrysalis team guided the selection of the appropriate authoring tool and delivery vehicle to ensure accessibility, scalability, and ease of use for diverse stakeholders. Chrysalis developed clear and practical training materials, including technical user manuals and step-by-step guides, to support both administrators and educators in adopting the new system. In addition, Chrysalis created interactive, web-based training modules that provided on-demand learning opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition to the portal. By combining strategic communications, technical expertise, and user-focused training, Chrysalis enabled IDOE to deliver a powerful teaching and learning resource that advanced instructional support and improved access to educational content statewide.
