  • Senior Business Analyst

    Duties will include, but may not be limited to the following

    • Analyzes and documents business requirements for information systems.
    • Conducts Joint Application Development (JAD) or other similar methods for documenting customer business rules.
    • Develops and/or oversees plans for automated data processing systems from project inception to conclusion.
    • Constructs data models and activity/process models as may be required to define system functions.
    • Coordinates closely with programmers to ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications.
    • Develops, in conjunction with functional users, system alternative solutions.
    • Provides support for the installation, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of information systems.
    • Conduct and document the results of special studies dealing with systems and/or business process issues.
    • Assists in the development of test plans/cases.
    • Creates project documentation for analysis and design documents.
    • Provides configuration control for project documents and code.
    • Analyzes training needs, develops training content, and provides training to the customer in the required format.

    Desired Experience and Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or other related technical or scientific discipline.
    • Minimum ten years’ experience in related technical discipline with six years experience as a Business Analyst.

  • Administrative Assistant/Office Manager

    The selected Administrative Assistant/Office Manager will support the daily operations of Chrysalis by answering phones, greeting guests, managing calendars, preparing documents, and managing the office environment. The successful candidate will possess breadth of skills, a willingness to learn, and an ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

    Duties will include, but will not be limited to, the following

    • Coordinate daily office affairs, including managing office supplies and keeping office in general good order;
    • Manage calendars and daily schedules of partners;
    • Run errands required to support needs of office and partners;
    • Assist in preparation of proposals and other documents;
    • Maintain document and filing systems;
    • Answer phones and take messages for partners and consultants;
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail; and
    • Provide general administrative assistance for partners and consultants as needed.

    Desired Experience and Skills

    • Two year degree or equivalent experience in business related discipline;
    • Two or more years experience in office administration for professional services organization;
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
    • Excellent communication skills; and
    • Ability to work independently.
  • ERP Implementation Consultant

    Chrysalis is now hiring experienced ERP Consultants for all major packages, including, but not limited to, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Baan, and Microsoft Dynamics.

    Desired Experience and Skills

    • Two year degree or equivalent experience in business related discipline;
    • Two or more years experience in implementing ERP systems;
    • Demonstrable strength in one or more functional or technical areas;
    • Must have completed at least one (1) full lifecycle implementation;
    • Excellent communication skills; and
    • Ability to work independently.
