Two Chrysalis Global PMs will join Tampa International Airport personnel at the Florida Airports Council's 57th Annual Conference to examine how airports build training programs for facilities still under design.
Two Chrysalis Global Aviation team members will present at the Florida Airports Council's 57th Annual Conference & Exposition, set to be held July 26–29 in Fort Lauderdale. Their session will address one of the more difficult challenges in airport development: preparing a workforce to operate a facility that has not yet been built.

The panel will examine the work that connects terminal design to opening day: engaging stakeholders early, structuring training programs around a facility still in development, and aligning staff, systems, and processes ahead of first passenger operations. The discussion draws on direct project experience, including the recurring challenges and lessons that surface across activation efforts regardless of airport size.
The session is intended for airport executives managing capital projects, activation and readiness teams, and industry professionals seeking a practitioner's perspective on building training pipelines in advance of a terminal opening.
