About Our Managing Partner

Suzanne E. Phelps is the Managing Partner of Chrysalis Consulting. Suzanne co-founded Chrysalis after terms with BDO Seidman LLP, Crowe Chizek LLP, and Price Waterhouse LLP. Suzanne possesses deep expertise in the areas of system implementation, business process optimization, and training. One of the takeaways from her years of experience is the importance of robust change management, and the firm was founded on the philosophy that true business transformation occurs when communication and organizational buy-in are used as catalysts for change.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Education from Butler University, Indianapolis, Indiana. Suzanne is also a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the Women in Transportation Society (WTS). When she is not busy with her Chrysalis duties, Suzanne enjoys singing professionally with the Indianapolis Opera.
